Who’s invited?
- 6-12 graders of WCA (students and homeschoolers associated with WCA)
- Guests can bring a plus one (must be 6th grade and up)
- Parents of graduating seniors
- Alumni
- Teachers/staff of WCA
- WCA school board members

- Photos begin at 5:00 PM

- Masquerade
- Dressing according to theme is not necessary
Cost?
- $40 per person
- Money due by May 10
- turn money in to WCA
- Label it “Spring Formal” and put in black lock box on Pastor Trigos’ office door
- Make sure you include whose ticket the payment is for.
What is the dress code?
We now have a formal event specific dress code to help guests understand expectations!
Formal Events (including school concerts and special events):
- Acceptable: modest dresses, spaghetti straps, high halter neck tops dresses, off the shoulder dresses with straps to hold up the dress, dresses must be covered on the side and front, slit up to knee.
- Unacceptable: tight fitting, dresses that show cleavage, off the shoulder dresses without straps, strapless, dresses that slip down easily, bra or bra straps showing, open side dresses, shear fabric (lower back, sides and stomach), slits above knee, jeans, shorts, athletic wear, hats or unapproved hats.
**STUDENT Guests – Student guests from other schools, homeschool or family members must also abide by this policy. It is the WCA student who is responsible to make sure their guest is aware and abides by the policy. Students that arrive wearing anything other than the approved dress code attire for special events will be asked to alter or change their attire to meet the requirements of our policy or asked to leave.
**ENFORCEMENT & VIOLATIONS – This dress code was developed through a collaboration between the student council and the school board to represent the standards of our school community. Infractions will be enforced by the school board and administration. We request that everyone including students, teachers and guests follow the dress code with respect and responsibility.
Any non-WCA guests need to sign our “WCA Special Event Guest Registration” form before attending this event. Forms are available in the school office, or you can print this PDF, fill it out, and turn it in to the office.
