Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4 PM (12-month position)

Love caring for babies? Little Flock Nursery & Preschool is opening a new baby room this summer!  We are looking for a warm, nurturing Infant Room Lead Teacher to provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for our littlest learners!

What You’ll Do:

•  Provide attentive, loving care for infants
•  Create a nurturing environment with songs, stories & sensory play
•  Maintain consistent feeding, diapering & nap schedules
•  Foster early social & developmental skills through gentle interactions
•  Keep a clean & safe classroom following health guidelines
•  Communicate daily with parents about their child’s growth & needs

What We’re Looking For:

•  1-2 years of experience with infants or young children
•  Child Care Certificate, Associate’s in Early Childhood, or 21+ education credits
•  Patient, loving, and responsive to infant needs
•  Strong communication & teamwork skills

Before Starting:

•  CPR/First Aid & VT Orientation Training (covered by us!)
•  15 hours of annual professional development
