Contact Susan Hunt at susan.hunt@wcavt.org to register students for the afterschool program. Paperwork must be completed before students can stay in afterschool. Afterschool will begin on 8/30/23. Afterschool is $15 per day, per student.

You will need to sign-up for the days your student will attend, in advance. For example, My student will attend Tuesday and Thursday each week, or My student will attend Monday-Friday of each week. Signing up in advance is done in order to ensure our afterschool program is properly staffed. At any time throughout the year you need to adjust the days of attendance you can reach out to Susan Hunt. Unfortunately, we are unable to have same-day notice of care.
