Here’s some WCA Christmas reminders!
1. Christmas Spirit Week
This year the Christmas spirit week will be December 12-16. Spirit week is an amazing opportunity to share your school spirit AND share Christmas cheer! Each day of the week is a different dress up theme. It is NOT mandatory, but it IS fun!
ALSO each homeroom teacher will be hiding “Webster” which is a small snowman. The student who finds Webster will receive a small prize.
FINALLY, there will be a classroom decorating contest. Each homeroom teacher will guide the class as they decorate their classroom, Friday the classrooms will be judged and a winner pronounced.
All in all, Christmas spirit week is going to be amazing!
2. Warrior Merch orders are in!
If you ordered anything while the Warrior Merch Store was open, your order is in! We are working on getting them ready for pickup.
We will be packing them in brown paper bags because we know many of the orders are Christmas gifts. They will then be sent out during student pickup. We plan on having them ready Nonday afternoon.
3. Candy Cane Grams update and reminder
The same-day delivery candy cane grams went amazingly last week! We are still planning on the pre-orders though!
There are no limits to how many you can send, and all the funds raised will go towards WCA staff bonuses this Christmas season. Each candy cane you send is $1 or 6 for $5. Pre order using the forms by Tuesday, December 13 for delivery on December 15. Please attach money in an enveloped (stapled) to this sheet.

4. WCA Christmas Concert
This year’s Christmas concert will be Friday, December 16, at 6:30 PM at the Vine. Come enjoy the kids as they sing and perform skits. We will also be taking up an offering to go towards WCA/LFN staff bonuses.
UPDATE: If we have a snow day Friday, the concert will be rescheduled for Monday, December 19th.
5. Christmas Pretzel Rod Sales
The 11th and 12th graders will be selling Christmas pretzel rods Monday, December 12 through Friday, December 16, during the lunch hours. They are raising money to go towards the Spring Formal this year. They will be selling them for $2.00 a piece or 3 for $5.00.
6. Wednesday, December 21st is early dismissal
Wednesday, December 21st is early dismissal. Please remember to pick your students up by 11:30 AM. There will be no lunch or Warrior Club offered this day. Have a Merry Christmas break!
7. Warrior Bakery for Christmas!
We are offering a special list of items in the Warrior Bakery for Christmas. The orders need to be in by Wednesday, December 21st, and they’ll be ready for pickup Thursday, December 22nd between 1 and 3:00 PM. HERE’S THE LINK!
