Dear WCA Families, August 25, 2023

We have made incredible progress moving our school from the old location to the Church Hill
building. Thank you to the many people who have offered their help. However, due to unforeseen circumstances which have delayed our preparations to open on our original start date, the WCA administration has made the decision to delay our first day of school by one week.

Our new start date is now Wednesday, September 6th. Our Open House BBQ and parent orientation is now Tuesday, September 5th. We recognize this may cause an inconvenience to some and we apologize.

We look forward to seeing you all at our open house and welcoming your children to a fully
clean and prepared school building on our new start date
