5. Registration & Summer Hours letter from Vice Principal Cesar Trigos

Dear Parents:

Registrations for the upcoming school year are now open. An announcement went out earlier letting you know that you can now go to our website (www.wcavt.org) and download the registration forms and also to set an appointment to come in and finish the registration process.
A couple of things to remember when you download the forms and make the appointment:

  1.  Books and Registration Fees are due upon registration.
  2.  Make sure that you read the Handbook (link is provided on our website); in it you will find our Electronics ( cell phone, Chromebook, Laptop) policy, our dress code policy as well as the parent /student/school agreement.  This agreement needs to be signed when you schedule your appointment. We will have the parent/student/ school agreement available to be signed.
  3. I (Pastor Trigos) will be in the office every day during the month of June from 9:30 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon.  I will be off on the week of the 4th of July returning on July 8th.
  4. During July, my office hours will be Monday through Wednesday from 9:30 to 3:00

I hope all of you have a wonderful summer. Please feel free to send me an email with any questions or concerns.
