1. Signing out your student

Starting Monday, October 26th we are asking that anyone who comes to pick up their student early from school, to please sign them out in the office. This will help our staff know which students are/are not present in case of an emergency.

2. COVID Waiver Forms

If you have not already done so, please make sure to fill out the COVID Waiver Form and return it to the Main Office. This form is different from the weekly COVID Questionnaire that has gone home with your student.

3. COVID Questionnaire

WCA will not be sending home the COVID Questionnaire’s to be filled out and returned to the school the following Monday. Instead, the weekly form will be available HERE. Please take the time to fill it out prior to sending your student back to school on Monday morning.

4. Hot Lunch Sign Ups

Please make sure to  fill out the Hot Lunch form for your student – prior to Monday morning. The report is printed on Monday mornings and given to our Hot Lunch lady, Nel Lunde. IF you forget to sign your student up for Hot Lunch prior to Monday morning, you will need to contact Cesar Trigos at #479-0141 to let him know.

5. Extended Care Bills

If you are not current on your Extended Care bill, please make your payment at soon as possible. Any questions, please direct them to Cesar Trigos at (802) 479-0141 (or) cesar.trigos@wcavt.org.

6. WCA’s Dress Code Guidelines

WCA’s Dress Code Guidelines of (What Not To Wear) was sent home with your students a week ago Friday. It was also posted to our website for those of you who did not receive the form.

7. The Warrior Bakery is Now Open!

Our Warrior Bakery is now open! Order forms are available in the office at the Main Campus (and here). There are various breads, rolls, muffins and pies available for purchase.

8. Yearbooks are for sale (2019-2020)

There are still plenty of 2019-2020 Yearbooks for sale. The cost is $20 per yearbook, and they are available at both campuses.

9. Anticipated Job Openings

Websterville Christian Academy (WCA) is now accepting resumes! We are anticipating the need to add to our wonderful staff. WCA is seeking passionate educators to impart godly knowledge, wisdom and understanding to young minds. WCA is experiencing unprecedented growth. Many classes are near, or at capacity. 10. Substitutes Needed

Websterville Christian Academy is looking for Substitute Teachers! We are looking for someone who can teach temporarily when needed, and to manage student learning in accordance with the goals and directives of the teacher and WCA.
