Exciting News: Introducing FACTS Management!

We are excited to announce that starting next school year, we will be transitioning to a new school management system: FACTS Management! This new platform will replace Blackbaud, Gradelink, and FAST (Financial Aid Application), bringing all of our school services into one convenient location.

If you are interested in applying for financial aid for next year, FACTS is ready to accept your application now!

WCA staff are just beginning their training on FACTS, but if you would like to explore and get familiar with it, you are welcome to create an account and log in.

If you haven’t yet responded to Admissions@wcat.org regarding your reenrollment intentions, please do so as soon as possible. We need this information to plan for class sizes, staffing, and programming for next year—your response is incredibly important to us!
